They contend that as technology advances, "smart cities" will become a reality and have an impact on infrastructure and urban planning. By examining various definitions of smart cities in light of the distinctive geographic, environmental, economic, and social constraints that each city faces, as well as by expressing the dimensions that give smart cities a three-dimensional concept and highlighting some smart city models, this essay aims to provide a thorough understanding of the smart city movement. Large graphics of the components of each paradigm are shown together with an explanation of the characteristics of smart cities, including the Smart Economic, Smart Environment, Smart Living, Smart Government, Smart Mobility, and Smart Human Level. To fulfil their needs in terms of their existing lives, relationships, and careers, people regularly relocate to urban areas. Metropolitan areas must take into account several Smart city issues as a result of the urbanisation phenomenon, climate change, and resource depletion. On the other hand, a smart city empowers people to invent, create, test, and experience new things to enhance their quality of life.</p> ER -
